2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on Alvèra are curated luxury apparel pieces. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices, adjust promotional coupons, or rectify unintended typographical errors at any time prior to order confirmation.

3. Payment & Settlement Terms

We support online payments through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Cashfree Payments. Accepted payment instruments include:

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking across all major Indian banks
• Approved digital wallets and Buy Now Pay Later options

Orders are confirmed once the payment aggregator issues a verified PAID status callback. If your account is debited but the gateway reports a timeout or failure, the funds will automatically be reconciled and refunded by your bank within standard banking timelines (usually 2–5 business days).

4. Instant 120-Minute Delivery Commitment

Alvèra operates dedicated micro-fulfillment suites based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. The 120-minute instant delivery promise is active during operational hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST) for serviceable pin codes across Delhi NCR. Severe weather phenomena, public road blockades, VIP movements, or state-mandated restrictions may occasionally lead to unavoidable dispatch delays.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete recipient details (including full delivery address and working phone number). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP access codes.

6. Intellectual Property

The trademark "ALVÈRA", logos, garment imagery, editorial lookbooks, styling software, and AI assistant algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Alvèra. No unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or republication is permitted without prior written consent.
