1. The 120-Minute Instant Wardrobe Model
Alvèra redefines luxury fashion delivery by maintaining dedicated micro-fulfillment suites in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Rather than shipping from distant central warehouses, pieces are pre-steamed, hand-finished, and dispatched immediately upon order confirmation via dedicated urban two-wheeler couriers.
2. Serviceable Zones & Delivery Timelines
Tier 1: Delhi NCR (Instant Dispatch)
Timeline: Within 120 Minutes from order confirmation.
Coverage: Central Delhi, South Delhi, West Delhi, North Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and selected parts of Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
Operating Window: Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM IST qualify for immediate 120-minute dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 PM are prioritized for dispatch at 10:00 AM the following morning.
Tier 2: Pan-India Express Air Shipping
Timeline: 2 to 4 Business Days.
Coverage: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, and all major tier-1 and tier-2 Indian cities via premium air courier partners (BlueDart / Delhivery Express).
3. Shipping Fees & Charges
- Complimentary Delivery: All orders above ₹2,999 qualify for 100% Free Express Shipping across all serviceable zones.
- Standard Orders: Orders below ₹2,999 carry a nominal flat fulfillment and eco-courier fee of ₹150, displayed transparently at checkout prior to payment.
4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Status
Once your order is confirmed and packaged:
- You receive an immediate confirmation SMS and email with your tracking identifier.
- For 120-minute Delhi NCR deliveries, live rider assignment and contact details are available through our interactive fulfillment tracker on the website.
5. Delivery Attempts & Security
Our riders will attempt delivery up to two times. If a customer is unreachable, the garment returns to our Paschim Vihar hub safely. A member of our concierge desk will reach out to reschedule delivery at your convenience.
